For me, the idea that a career is limited by geography, function, or industry has always felt profoundly narrow. My own path has been decidedly non-traditional, largely shaped by a lifelong sense of being a cultural misfit – an experience that fueled my natural curiosity about the world.

This drive led me to live and work across four continents, navigating multiple industries and diverse functions. Through these experiences, I discovered a powerful truth: the most rewarding careers are built by those who become bridges, adept at connecting cultures, functions, and people across different landscapes. This very insight is why our team at Thriveology is comprised entirely of international industry experts and leaders from top companies and schools worldwide, collectively bringing lived experience from across multiple global markets.

This philosophy is deeply embedded in every aspect of Thriveology. As a young, first-generation immigrant, I often wished for the kind of support and mentorship that could guide me through uncharted territory. That longing for long-term mentorship became a core ideal, shaping our belief that true growth extends far beyond a single job search or promotion.
