I built my expertise in e-commerce, driving impactful merchandising, brand growth, and leading category/vendor management across companies like Zalor and  Clarks. Today, I lead a team at Amazon, driving strategic programs across functions.

After graduating from Northwestern University, my career began in investment banking in Chicago before a strategic move to Private Equity with SilverLake in Hong Kong. Leveraging this financial expertise, I transitioned to Google Singapore in Corporate Development, which ignited my passion for tech. Today, I lead investments as a Venture Principal, specializing in the dynamic APAC region.

After graduating from NTU, I’ve spent seven years in Google Singapore's Large Customer Sales team, shaping digital media strategies and advertisers across APAC. Currently, I spearhead sales strategy for key retail and e-commerce advertisers @ Pinterest. Beyond my day-to-day, I am a passionate advocate for community empowerment and mentorships, supporting women, young girls, and youth development.

Raised across Taiwan, France, and Canada, I began my career with Google after graduating from Queen’s University, making Singapore my new home. I've since specialized in diverse tech functions, including customer solutions, data & analytics, and sales. Driven by a passion for developing talent, I also actively mentor students. Today, I lead a high-performing team responsible for driving significant revenue growth in APAC.

Born and raised in Spain, my career began in London's banking sector. A deep passion for the world prompted my MBA at INSEAD, sparking an adventure at McKinsey, and taking me all over the world. My passion for building ventures led me to fundraising, investor relations, S&O & Org building from both the startup and VC side. Today, based in Singapore, I leverage this rich experience to coach, mentor, and invest in startups.

After pursuing my MBA at Columbia University in the U.S., I spent impactful years at McKinsey Singapore in Finance. My journey then transitioned into tech, with Strategy and Operations roles at ByteDance and Google, before strategically pivoting into Venture Capital. Beyond investing, I actively mentor students and business leaders, driven by a commitment to fostering future talent.

After graduating from Duke University in Economics, I started my career in data consulting with clients across CN, JP, SEA & AU. My journey then led me to join Google's sales teams in China, before I moved to Singapore, where I ran Strategy & Operations. My unique career trajectory, from military combat drone pilot to management consultant at McKinsey, then a tech analytics and sales leader at Google and Microsoft, has given me firsthand insight into difficult career transitions. After graduating from NUS, I launched my international tech career in Beijing, China, as part of the landing team for Airbnb China. My passion for tech then led me back to Singapore, where I joined Google's APAC Corporate Strategy Team. Today, I lead APAC & MEA Revenue Strategy & Operations at Ripple, and serve as an Adjunct Professor teaching Marketing and Strategy at the National University of Singapore.

I began as a Software Engineer in Europe, but a move to Korea ignited my fascination with Asia. This led to an international MBA at INSEAD, pivoting me into McKinsey in Spain. Driven by a passion for building within Asia's vibrant tech landscape, I moved to Singapore and into Products. Currently, I serve as a Product Lead at Grab, leading and mentoring to help the next generation build diverse global careers.

My 15+ years in eCommerce as a technical leader spans NA, EU, and APAC. I've written substantial code, built and rebuilt high-performing cross-functional teams, and led sizable organizations, including Booking.com and Amazon. Today, I am the Co-founder and CTO of Ula, having successfully raised $141M. Beyond this, I am a passionate and active mentor, guiding professionals at different stages of their careers.
